8th Grade Families

  • 8th Grade Fee:  The mandatory 8th Grade Fee helps defray the expense of the promotion ceremony such as location rental, venue staffing, security, certificates, certificate covers, commemorative t-shirt, honors medallions, etc. (Please see the payment schedule in the sidebar.) 
      • Payment should be brought to the MS Office Manager in Building I. (Cash or checks payable to Southern Wake Academy.)   Payment can also be made via credit card by clicking HERE.
 
  • 8th Grade Commemorative T-Shirt:  Please click HERE to submit your child's shirt size.
 
  • Promotion Ceremony Rehearsal: Tuesday, June 2, 2020.  All promotion ceremony candidates MUST attend rehearsal.  Time to be announced
 
  • Promotion Ceremony: Wednesday, June 3, 2020 at The Clayton Center, 111 E. 2nd Street, Clayton, NC 27520.   Each promotion ceremony candidate's family will receive a TBD amount of tickets for the ceremony.  The promotion ceremony will begin at 6:00 pm.

$35 from 9/21/19 until 12/20/19
$40 from 12/21/19 until 3/27/20
$45 after 3/28/20
 
Promotion Ceremony: 6/3/2020
